If you experience issues with your Link account, you can contact our support team for help.

Our support channel is open from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.  Our customer support team is more than happy to assist you in navigating your Link account. 

In Account 

  1. From your home dashboard, select the blue message icon on the bottom right of the page. Note that there is a message that reads "Welcome to LegacyShield! We look forward to helping you!"
