# Contact Support

## If you experience issues with your Link account, you can contact our support team for help.

Our support channel is open from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.  Our customer support team is more than happy to assist you in navigating your Link account. 

### In Account

1. From your home dashboard, select the blue message icon on the bottom right of the page. Note that there is a message that reads "Welcome to LegacyShield! We look forward to helping you!"

2. Chat support will appear. Please provide the requested information to be directed to proper support.
